My Background
Much of my work is centered around the labor intensive and patient process of large format film photography.
For me the gentle balance of the artist involves appreciating subjects as they are, and yet portraying the nuances and truths I see within the realm of my own imagination. And always remain open to the surprises that emerge along the way. Some photographs of mine have peculiarly not revealed their intended message and impact until over a decade since the shot was taken.
My work is a glimpse into a journey of art, creativity, storytelling and ultimately receiving from the world.
Photographic art is a force that carries me forward.
The Prints
Hand-printed Silver Gelatin prints are available. Ranging from 4" x 5" through 16" x 20." All prints are archival washed and matted.
Well above the digital scans below, my prints have an undeniable sharpness, luminosity and "wow" factor best seen in person.
